I loved this café during my stay in Oulu. Very tasty cakes! The WiFi is available for free however provided by nearby restaurant/hotel (decent connection).

Breakfast buffet with a selection of bread, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, veggies, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, tea. Costs 9,90€ but you can also have porridge buffet only and it's around 3€.

Probably one of the best cafes in Oulu. A big selection of sweet and savory goodies for all tastes and wallets. Descent prices, and is extra cozy in a winter's darkness. Try their rich hot chocolate!
