This historical brasserie opened in 1861 and is still a landmark with its beautiful decor. The first restaurant in the Christian Constant empire. A great take on typical and local French cuisine.

Great Location looking out onto Place Capitole with Impressive interior Decor.... 👍... Good Quality Food but a bit Pricey.... A Wise Choice for a Special Celebratory Meal.... 👍

Delicious food and nice decor. A classic choice with a lot of history in Toulouse. I recommend the 'cochon' or 'cassoulet'. And of course, do not skip dessert, it is worth it :)
