Hidden in the tablelands this boutique distillery opens its cellar doors 7 days a week. Sample gin, vodkas or whiskey then take a strol in the garden. Locals love the Botanic Australis Bushfire Gin!!

You can get a sample platter of 4 spirits for $10. They make vodka, rum, whiskey, gin & liqueurs. Enjoy!
