Tip for corporate: expand the staff and/or building to accommodate the vast volume of morning traffic you receive. The drive thru blocks traffic.

Service is now hit or miss. Long line this morning inside, one register open, and a couple employees just standing around looking like they didn't know what to do. Not good about hustling when busy.

If you are in a van and everyone wants a frap... Don't go through the drive-thru. Or, if you do... Pay it forward and buy the next car's drink since you were too lazy to get out!

When the drive-thru line is too long, you can actually park your car and go in to get your coffee instead of blocking traffic like a dolt.
