Staff here are the best around and the cold brew is better than any Starbucks in a 10 mile radius. I’m a regular here and the staff are kind, consistent, helpful, and efficient. My favorite Starbucks

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Consistently doesn’t have menu items ready after ordering ahead. Doesn’t staff up when mobile ordering doesn’t work.
