Car park too small, appears to be one way but can't get out trough drive thru. Very poorly designed.

Went here for quick drive thru meal. Advised a 6 min wait on burger, told to park & wait. 12 mins later went back to check. No apology, just 'here's yr meal & xtra lrge fries.' But no xtra lrge fries.
