This is one of those McDonalds that says their smoothie and ice cream machines are broken all the time. Never have this problem at the Hoffman Estates location.

Modern updates. Very clean and appealing inside as well as friendly service. Even though they were really busy inside and out they were still friendly and quick to serve.

Extremely slow service but a ton of employees at 9pm... And still managed to mess up my husband's order. I'll still to burger king down the road.

When the person taking your order doesn't understand English & is rude...leave the drive through & take your business elsewhere!!!!!

I was weirded out when they told me go to the next window after I received half of my meal, low and behold there's a drive thru window by the exit door now, Odd.... Haha
