There were 5 people behind the counter and it took about 5 min for them to serve us two shakes. The kid who waited on us wasn't in uniform. Counters, tables and floors were dirty. We won't be back.

Asked for a grilled ranch blt with no tomato. The ticket on the box reflected that. The box said "premium grilled chicken" open it up. Crispy chicken with tomato. Ugh. Fail.

Asked for sugar & cream on the side. The girl at the window hands me my coffee and assures me the sugar and cream is in the bag. Drive home. Isn't in the bag after all. Fail.
