Ordering, they told me they were out of biscuits...I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie, she rolled her eyes and said "the water's down so no smoothies"...THE WATER IS DOWN?!?!? Is this normal?

How you can have service this bad? Then after a 10 minute wait in the drive thru I saw shift change... By the incoming chain smokers. WTF?!?!

They overcharge (2/2)! They also charge 20¢ for extra or add-on lettuce and other McDonald's don't. The staff is friendly, but blames price increase on new owner. Will not return to this location!

They overcharge (1/2)! Asked for side salad w/ tortilla (snack wrap shell) add on b/c I'm vegetarian and snack wrap too small. They charged 89¢ for 1 tortilla! Others give it for free!
