Slow service...always understaffed...food is usually tolerable at meal hours (7 AM-Noon-6PM) not so much on off-peak hours.

Sat for 16 minutes for a half full bag of damp onion rings. Happy hour service is extremely slow and poor. Sonic please hire more people for happy hour!
