Old Irani bakery which serves some really nice items like Bun Maska, Biscuits, Cakes and their famous apple pie (limited). Brun Maska + Chai (Dip n Eat). Also try their Ginger Biscuits.

A oldie Iranian Bakery run by its kins.. Known for its conventional oven baked breads & puffs cup cakes & many more products ! Still run a restaurant serving snacks & tea /coffee !

Love to have my bun maska and khari dipped in tea here. The quality of tea has gone down though from the time we used to love it.

Within the hustle-bustle of busy streets around it, this place is where the Good Old Bombay can be found! Entering here is akin to entering the 1930s. ☺

No mushroom pattice on Sundays - only Brun Maska Chai. On working days too, make it a point to visit between 11.00 - 13.00 to get oven fresh goodies.

Get the table towards the end, excellent view of the fresh bread stacked. Pro tip: try and go at around fourish, to enjoy fresh out of the oven bun and bread maska with sulemani chai!!!

Part of Akshay's BOMBAY UNDERGROUND tour. Must come here and try Chai, apple strudel, oat cookies, and brun maska.
