Love this pub. Great beer. Great food. Great management. And it's a 5min walk for me. Also as I have 2 kids, always welcome and great green outside for them to run around.

One of my fave gastro pubs, set on lovely village green, worth teh hour & half trek from London for unpretentious, relaxed good quality pub food. Try the sunday lunch :)

Had not been for 8 months till today; the new management is not as good as the old, the spirit of the place has gone and the menu isn't as good - shame, it used to be fantastic :(

Kids not allowed in the bar area but welcome in the side rooms (used for dining). Recently changed management so no tips just yet!
