A pub worth seeking out. Tucked away in a heavy wooded area. Tremendous beer garden. Great real ales.

Landlady? behind bar clearly felt we were a nuisance interrupting her conversation with four gents seated at bar and without any form of greeting asked what we wanted. Politeness perhaps.

Try the Jamaican Pattie - delicious, & must say the pies are excellent (chicken curry pie especially). The rum cider is great but somewhat stronger than it looks. Easy parking & very friendly people.
