Great location over looking the green. Nice pub bar area and outside seating area. Great restaurant. Good for Sunday lunch. Good quality. Excellent service. Can book on line.

Very slow service sometimes. Seems if 1 person is off sick in the kitchen they can't cope. Had to wait 2 hours for Sunday lunch before, dinner is usually better

Don't ask for food before 6 . The chef doesnt start till after that . Rubbish bar service too , they need more staff, but never do !

Still a toss up between here and the oak. Bar man called me 'mate' 5 times in one transaction, do I get a free drink?
