I fell b/c the floor was dirty/wet & there was no rug or sign. Manager laughed and didn’t even apologize or ask if I was ok. Seriously?! You would think any human being would at least ask if your ok.

Second time in a row that I get a really bad service. Waitress took 10 minutes to even bring menus. We spoke with the manager and just did nothing. On a pick-up cashier was really rude.

Bartenders so rude and wouldn't serve us. We left. They refused to serve anyone a little after 12 when they close at 1! Dont go when Luke or Justin is working u won't get shit only rude an attitude

If its hard to find a place to sit go out to the patio. During cooler months they keep it heated too!
