I am a Byron fan but today the Bluewater menus were sticky with sauce, the burgers over cooked and the toilets neglected. Must try harder

Byron is never very quick on service so know what you want for when they first come round and then sit back and enjoy a chat with family or friends

Great food as with every Byron, so you're guaranteed a great burger and the fries are amazing. Sadly service isn't as good as most places, pretty on-par for Bluewater though.

Courgette fries are incredible. Get a side of Byron sauce dip to dunk them in.

Really good burgers and shakes but the staff are uninterested and don't seem to have any concept of time, or that people may have other things to do rather than just sit around and wait...

the food was good but I wouldn't say it was the Best in Kent, we waited 20 min for two drinks & to make it worse the sides didn't come out & had to remind the staff about them
