Why? All visible employees are Caucasian. About 99% of customers are Caucasian. Saw 1 person of color when back door opened (he was cooking the food). Why?

A sign of a good food joint is at least half the seats full, great place is full. This joint is one of the larger Chick-Fil-A's I've been in and not only was the seating full the line was to the door.
