I went there last year I got a dirty plate; and asked them for a clean plate; they turned the food around on the plate and pretended it was a clean plate...go to the Windmill / Frankie's Grill...

Service is so slow at night. There are only few customers, but nobody comes to us. Staff is chatting and laughing at the kitchen.
