Stop having food being greasy and have more healthy food. Stop serving fish that should be thrown as they tasted bad making customers to waste their money.

For a pub & restaurant the menu is huge, way too much and the food tends to be deep fried...not the best way for chef (if he is an executive chef) to operate.
