Had the best experience here of any IHOP in years! Had the best server, in many years in a casual chain restaurant. He reminded me of being in a resort on vacation, attentive and professional !!

I will never go there again, Bad service, bad food. Should not take over 1 hour for 2 people ordering breakfast. AVOID.
