Breakfast specials aren't bad, but the bar is always filled with under-aged freshman, people constantly smoke inside, the selection isn't great, and the bartenders don't seem to know their own prices

It may sound strange but this place serves up awesome breakfast, eggs toast hashbrowns..the whole deal.
