Curry rice and fried chicken are great! Don’t miss ‘The Tale of Naoshima’ Shooga muginosake beer. It’s a local micro brew and if you like ginger, maybe the best beer you will have in Japan.

A great place for lunch near Miyanoura Port (we loved the curry rice). You can also rent bikes here!

Great fries, fried chicken in vinegar sauce, Mexican jambalaya, eggplant Gratin, and desserts, but the curry rice misses the mark despite being a "specialty"

Five star food! Must tries: vinegar chicken, calamari tempura, spicy Mexican Jambalaya fried with Japanese rice, eggplant gratin and one of their white chocolate cocktails!
