Get there before it opens. The line (que) moves quickly but the sushi disappears quicker. Looked beautiful but too late to taste. Miso soup is delicious.

Smoked ocean trout and brown mushroom. Get a selection of the sushi, nigiri and inari. If you want to eat in book well in advance. Chef Masaaki is amazing.

I didn't realise that I was coming to Tasmania for Japanese, and yet I am very glad we did! Masaaki is brilliant.

Check them out @ the Sunday Farmers Market to get a hand roll made right in front of you. Be prepared for a line though!
