Dishonest "Gratuity Guidelines": based on Post-Tax amount. Here $6.32 is 20% of $31.60 (post-tax amount), but it should be 20% of $28.99 (pre-tax amount).

It is what it is — pots full of spicy broth and stuff you want them to put there. Japanese style! Try their Lamb ($11.75), it's delicious

Service is way too rushed. Started taking away things and sending you the check halfway through your meal. Not appreciated.

Dinner is about $$-$$$ for a hot pot experience. Portion was on the small side. I would definitely get the vegetable upgrade next time: the menu picture isn't as impressive as the real plate.

Come in small groups of 2 and 3, they only have 3 tables so its hard to seat everyone around it.

The meats at Shabuway are all purchased in pallets from top producers like Niman Ranch & are aged, trimmed, and frozen at extremely low temperatures.
