Previous tip cont: you tell me it'll be 5 mins, 2mins and only when I ask you to cancel the order do you actually check on the order and tell me they are making it right now. They hadn't even started.

Very good, a little pricey, nice upscale atmosphere though. Happy hour prices are good, nice after work spot or for dinner meetings! Food is excellent.
