I really enjoyed the Massaman Curry chicken. Level 3 spicy was good enough, but if you're up for a slight challenge, move up to level 4.

They can substitute gluten-free tamari for soy sauce.

The #3 spicy level (medium spicy) is hot but not too hot, I'd personally take it up one more level but #3 has enough kick to make it good enough for me.
