Go to the staff canteen for a good meal everyone is allowed there. Costa has massively improved! It used to be gross

If you are in intensive care, be sure to ask fir a car park pass that gives you 1 weeks parking for £12!

If you need A&E but not in a hurry, grin and bear it until early morning and miss the queues! And take something to read, or listen to, while you wait.
