Pharmacy takes forever. Never call for help when there is a long line and do not apologize to customers for the wait.

Lisa withheld my prescription for 10 days. It was a controlled substance. My primary care doctor and CVS legal got involved and it was resolved. CVS regional managers never returned any calls.

Be nice to the pharmacists and the techs. They have a very demanding job. We are lucky to have Harry, ,Kyle, Kim, just to name a few of the helpful emplkoyees!

Overall the pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems with rudeness or lack of help from the staff!

Don't trust their answer on medicine. Contact your doctor.
