Wait till the construction is over (maybe about 2018). Make use of their shuttle service to get to Patong.

Идёт стройка третьего корпуса по середине, вида никакого , до пляжа далеко ,завтрак отвратительный !!!!! Единственный плюс хорошие номера ,но убирают через раз и не работает интернет

Great hotel, still under construction, but you see the potential ... Downside is that is far from patina beach, so you need a tuc tuc, or to rent a scooter, the latter is the cheapest option...
