It can get a little snug at this campground but the view in loop one is pretty spectacular. Not all sites have shade. Decent amenities, place to wash dishes and small store.

Awesome views and very helpful staff. Next time I'd pick a campsite on loop 2 that is a bit more secluded. Definitely bring washcloths, soap, and towels to clean yourself. There are no showers.

Bring wash cloths to wipe down faces, ears, etc after running/rolling in the sand.
