The staff was really friendly. Even though the check in starts at 4pm they let us in quite politely at 2pm! You can have coffee for free whenever you want. There is even a simple breakfast

Friendly staff and good cleaning. The breakfast is quite heavy for the morning (asian....fried rice and egg). It's far from the city, as the another hoatel in Lucern.
