Excellent staff but so-so facilities. The rooms are cramped. One of the showers was broken. The kitchen is enormous. They do sell select beer and beverages at reception.

Look for the "hidden" single-person shower rooms that also has a toilet. Its a more relaxed start into the day ;)

When using the card to enter the rooms - take it slow and if lifting the doorhandle doesnt work - don't worry - put it down (yes that worked for us)!
