Nothing over the top about this place, and there's nothing wrong with that at all. Would definitely go back. If staying in one of the huts, do your grocery shopping on the way in from Cabo.

Rain will make using the muddy unpaved road into the colony difficult. The paved road just south of the entrance is better. Take a right off the paved road just before the condos & follow it around.
