Excellent landscaping... Great pool... Sumptuous breakfast... One of the finest breakfast spread... Mobor beach is also very beautiful...

Rooms are 20 years old but they are starting to renovate them. Still a lovely place. Clean rooms. Nice pool area. Access to the beach and lovely staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

Brilliant hotel...awesome pool side & beach,delicious food..if you want a private holiday in goa away from it all this is probably the best place to be,they have it all :-)
