Seriously not an example of the Holiday Inn franchise. Worst air circulation ever! Everything smells like cigarettes.

Worst customer service ever. Their door broke and they screamed at us that it was our keys. We waited over an hour while they tried to open the broken door while they joked and laughed about it.
