Was open on Easter Sunday for breakfast, but that's the only good thing to say. Awful service, average food and bad coffee.

Great location, awesome Big Square view. Nice room but crappy bathroom (weird smell, shower door didn't stay closed) not maintained. Didn't love the matress, slim pillows or the squicky bed. Poor WiFi

About the restaurant: awful service and bad food, which arrived cold after one hour of waiting. I don't recommend this place.

Very good location, but the staff at the restaurant is quite rude, the food is average and they brought it cold 1h after we ordered...very disappointed

If you're fond of your sleep in the mornings, don't stay here. It's as noisy as it gets.

Very good location on the square. Rooms have air con. Good wifi signal. No lift for heavy bags :(
