Really clean hotel, beds a little soft.. Woke up with a few back problems, easy to get to, wasn't to thrilled about the cafe .. Long wait ..for okay coffee

The staff here was so wonderful, nice, friendly, and super helpful. The rooms were quiet and the view this morning was breath taking! 10 out of 10

Rooms are good with nice views on the city side of the building. Staff are very responsive to your requests. The WIFI has been unreliable (more bad than good for streaming video) for a year now.
