O apartamento eh novo, mais ou menos uns 6 meses, tudo de excelente qualidade. O local fica uns 18 minutos de carro de waterfront. O local eh bem tranquilo. Valeu muito ter ficado neste apartamento.

Overall is good, good spot, close to the mall. But the door spoilt, I need to use my wholebody of energy just to close or open it.
