Like the sleep number beds. Door didn't latch unless you tugged on it. Stains on cushions. Bathroom clean, but toilet ran water for what seemed ages.

Has been renovated but their concierge is nonexistent. No shuttles anywhere, and when they say "help procure tickets," they mean give you a number to call. The bell hops are cool though.

Hotel was clean, but dated. Certainly wouldn't stay again if I had the choice. The sleep number bed may have been a nice touch, but not understanding to work it resulted in a poor nights sleep.
