Hotel service is bad! First they took a long time to even notice we are checking in. Then insisted that I did not book an additional bed. Even after seeing my printed proof, no apology at all!

Took another 10 min to check in because they insist on having to key in ALL our 7 passports! What a waste of time. I asked her why, she muttered she has to key into the system? Duh!
