Noise from the pool caries up to the third floor (even with the doors closed). Outdoor furniture is uncomfortable so the balconies are kind of a waste of space. Pictures online look better than it is.

Beautiful location and high end finishes inside. Just be sure to get a second level villa as you can here everything that goes on above you on the first floor.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa. Best vacation I have every had. Definitely recommend staying in the "poolside villa"!

If renting a garden villa rent a upper unit. Car parcel for Garden villa is at Regency villas sign. They have reserved spots.
