If you're in a pinch, there are washers & dryers on the 2nd floor. Don't forget the detergent & quarters!!

New room service menu (spring 2013) is a huge improvement! Complimentary beer and wine in the exec lounge. And the front desk associate Carla is phenomenal! Only real complaint is the wifi.
