have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. Great location, usually good price. Staff typically has no clue, it seems turnover is extremely high, definitely affects service

This hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Bristol. It's cost, clean, friendly and generous. Definitely would stay here when I visit Bristol.

Fantastic team of staff, luxurious surroundings without pretentiousness. Perfect for events and meetings. Check out their membership it's well worth the money.

Great place. The team here are lovely. I run a monthly event and can't recommend this place more highly. The membership is very reasonable too for the benefits that it comes with!
