Lovely reception staff; restaurant staff hit or miss. Breakfast excellent. Premium rooms have nice bathrooms. Lots of street noise in early morning - bring earplugs!

The staff were perfectly pleasant and really tried hard, but the owners really should invest in a lick of paint and a clean up. Looks a bit neglected.
