One of the top meals of my life and the most perfect pork dish I’ve ever had. I still dream about this dish. I went back 3 times to eat this. Their new Michelin Star is well deserved.

Menu limité dans les choix (3,4,6 ou 8 plats) à un prix abordable au vue de la qualité proposée. Très bon restaurant. Quelques efforts peuvent être fait sur la présentation mais les saveurs sont là!

Best pork dish I’ve ever had and maybe one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Slovenia and I’ve been to Hisa Franko. This place is a must when in Slovenia
