This is our go-to theatre. The new reclining larger seats are wonderful! Can’t wait until they add the new theatres. 🙌🏾

For the price, the Regal Cinema at Dulles Town Center is better.That Regal has fully reclining seats, better sound. Yes, Cobb has better menu and a bar, but I'm going to see a movie, not go to a bar.

If you want just a nibble from the concession stand, the senior combo (a kids' pack without the toy) gives you a mini popcorn, fruit snacks, and a 12 ounce drink for under $5.

Everything is amazing here too! Just moved to Leesburg and took my son here.. Food, snacks, alcohol, etc. Seating is great, roomy, and super comfy!

Not the most appealing place for those with mobility issues. Distance from parking lot, escalators, ramps etc. to get to auditorium. I'd choose another theater showing the same movie.
