Von den Nazis zur Polizeischule umgebaut & von der sowjetischen Armee als Kaserne genutzt (Tipp: das große Wandbild im Westflügel ansehen), dabei völlig verfallen. 1996 bis 2014 umfangreich saniert.

1911 nach einem Entwurf von Heinrich Tessenow erbaut, bis WWI Sitz der „Bildungsanstalt für Musik & Rhythmus“ des Musikpädagogen Émile Jaques-Dalcroze. Heut Sitz der Forsythe Company (moderner Tanz).
