I use to love going to The Edge! Great gym! But it does get pretty packed.

Love it here. Rachel is my trainer and she's the best; just wish they'd have more than one tannin bed awkwardly in the middle of all the equipment

So much equipment to pick from, if something you want is busy, pick something else and in 10 minutes you can go back to it. However its so big, its intimidating!

they run a cool program called "edge revolution" for folks who want to lose weight/tone (similar to the biggest loser). I've signed up.

very busy in afternoons, but evening workouts are the best. Ashley is my trainer. Say "hi" when you see her.
