In winter, if there has been enough snow, freeze / thaw, much of the Soccer field turns into a natural ice patch good enough for skating!

Also watch for broken beer bottle glass, beer tops and other crap ppl leave behind during the night.

Teenagers from the near by high school hangout on the playground in the afternoon from Monday-Friday. So don't bring your young kids here while classes are in session.
