Southwick Country parkrun at 9am every Saturday. Great turnout here, normally +200 runners for the free timed 5k run around the park.

If you love running, but hate running on roads, then get down to Southwick Country Park. Miles of tracks and not a car in site! Also get down here every Saturday morning at 9am for the free Park Run!
